How It Works - Organizational Methodology
How organizations govern AI-assisted work
CCx-3 helps organizations apply governance at the moment AI-assisted work becomes real. The methodology below is an organizational approach. Implementation details are shared in private briefings.
Understand where AI is being used
Map the workflows where AI assists in creating, drafting, or proposing work that could become official. Know where AI touches a system of record, an outbound transmission, or a downstream action.
Define human authority
Clarify who is responsible for approving each type of AI-assisted work. Authority should be explicit, not implied by automation. A person owns the decision to make work official.
Build review into operations
Make review a normal part of the workflow. The level of review should match the consequence of the action being released. High-stakes actions get more review; low-risk drafts get less.
Review exceptions and improve
When work is corrected, paused, or escalated, document the exception and use it to strengthen the process. Exceptions are not failures - they are signals that help the organization govern better over time.
